• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
• KYC documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations, typically five (5) years from the end of the business relationship;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained until you withdraw your consent or for three (3) years from the date of last interaction, whichever is earlier.

6.3 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jun365 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines.

10. Minors & Age Policy

10.1 The jun365 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. jun365 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

10.2 If jun365 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
