11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, jun365 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jun365 may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
11.3 You may close your jun365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wager settlements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent court in the Philippines.
